At Lakota Industries, we have established ourselves as leaders in the manufacturing community by providing our customers with consistent, high quality manufacturing solutions. We have decades of experience supplying a variety of high/low mix parts in high or low volumes to our customers in a variety of demanding industries that include aerospace, defense, science, commercial as well as prototyping and tooling services. All of our machining centers are 4th axis capable and include high speed spindles and machining options to provide cost effective solutions to highly cosmetic and complex parts with a variety of surface treatments. Capabilities
Lakota is ITAR/AS9100:2016(AS9100D) certified and has decades of experience manufacturing complex aerospace, defense, tooling and prototype parts. All of our machining centers are equipped with high speed spindles and machining options that allow us to make highly cosmetic, precision parts while remaining cost-effective.
Quality Control
Routine audits and third party evaluations are preformed to ensure ITAR/AS9100:2016(AS9100D) certification. At Lakota, every machining center has a tablet where in process inspection data is logged for each job we run to ensure consistent and reliable quality assurance. First article inspection is conducted for all part orders in addition to final inspection prior to shipping.
First article inspection data or statistical sampling data can be supplied at the customer's request. Our total quality management system is integrated throughout our manufacturing processes. Each manufacturing operation is defined and documented for review and statistical analysis.
All inspection tools are traceable to the NIST National Institute of Standards and Technology. Calibration of inspection tools is routinely preformed. Lakota's fully implemented quality system processes ensure all materials and processes are traceable throughout the cycle of any project.
