Lakota Industries Inc. has designed and organized its facility for maximum throughput, and uses lean manufacturing methods for greatest efficiency.

Machining Centers:

All CNC machines utilized by Lakota Industries Inc. are manufactured in the USA.

Each of the machining centers at Lakota Industries Inc. is equipped with a 30 horsepower motor with spindle speeds of 12,000-rpm. All machines are wired for 4th axis tables and high-speed indexers. These multi-axis tools reduce set up time and maintain part integrity, resulting in cost savings, quicker lead times and tighter tolerance parts.

Additionally, Lakota Industries Inc. utilizes a variety of manual and conventional support equipment.

Many of the parts manufactured at Lakota Industries Inc. require different finishes and additional textures. A full compliment of surface preparation equipment is utilized for these requirements.

Inspection Equipment & Quality Systems:

Routine audits and third party evaluations are performed to ensure compliance.

Real time inspection data is monitored throughout all processes to ensure compliance to customer specifications.

First article inspection data or statistical sampling data can be supplied at the customer’s request. Our Total Quality management system is integrated throughout our manufacturing processes. Each manufacturing operation is defined and documented for review and statistical analysis.

All inspection tools are traceable to the NIST National Institute of Standards and Technology. Calibration of inspection tools is routinely preformed. AS9100 and ISO9001 quality systems are implemented to guarantee all materials and processes are traceable throughout the cycle of any project.
